According to me twitter is the best site for link juice.

In my point of view Pinterest is very beneficial for twitter because this is post my whole website and also i'm write content for my actual url but in Twitter this not take actual url convert into tiny url. This is not beneficial for SEO .
I'm prefer Pinterest

From Both Twitter and Pinterest we will get good traffic, which helps in branding, It is just an traffic, from these we won't get backlinks. But for any website branding is more important, so traffic is necessary for any website.

Twitter change links in short url that's why they not remain worthy for site.

Picking one from these two best site is difficult, but twitter has more potential to help a site to improve visits and backlinks if it is used properly.

Both social media is good for link juice . But pinterest is not so much popular among the people as comparison to twitter .
