How to be in top 10
Hi,
I am optimizing a site and doing all regular link building technique like directory submission,article writing,forum posting and social bookmarking.
Problem is that it is not reaching in top 10 for google.ca (since it is Canada based website).
What shall I do more to be in top 10 in google.ca?
Please guide.

Start with basic SEO too;s such as:
Blog Commenting, Bookmarking and Groups posting ..

Check or update on-page of your website. Like meta, sitemap, page content etc. Then try to get high and quality links.
