I think I've encountered a question like this already and with the same answer, I'd have to say go with what you're doing for Google. Also, Bing already has Yahoo so if you rank good in one, you can expect a good ranking on the other too.
What you should keep in mind though is to take note of your robots.txt file, since typically it may affect your ranking in search engines. If your site isn't indexed, there's no possibility that you'll be rank, at all.

The usual dofollow link building works for Yahoo. Also pay more attention on Title Tags as Yahoo seems to give weight on this.
