Does surrouding Text Of Backlink affect much in terms of SEO or we use the text around the keyword just to makes it readable and attractive for the reader?

Yes, surrounding texts of a backlink really being a factor on carrying the value of the backlink, if you can get your backlink form a page where your theme related text is surrounded, that backlink carries more value.

I personally believe that the more important factor, is the overall categorisation of the topic on-page that the link exists on. A closely related niche to the page that is linking to is likely to carry proportionally more weight.
