I've read a few articles recently about Yandex and its growing popularity in the Russian market and in Eastern Europe. From what I understand, their algorithms are much better suited to deal with the intricacies of the Cyrillic alphabet than Google's, and because of that they have been able to maintain a very large market share in the search industry in the region.
Does anybody have any thoughts about optimizing a site specifically for Yandex?

what is it? can anyone tell me in detail.
