This is perhaps the most sensible recommendation I have seen in this thread. That is definitely the most complete SEO guide around. To our friend who asked the question, you can read around, and listen to all sorts of advice from people but remember that SEO tactics can work in different degrees for different sites.

HUH??? Wow, you are an SEO expert and that is the only thing you are recommending this person? As far as I am concerned On-Page SEO is the most complicated of the two parts to optimization. IT entails much more than simply meta tags and description tags.

Although on-page SEO won't rank you high in the search engines, it will act as a bonus to your on-going SEO efforts. On-page SEO involves strategic placement of your keywords within your text and headlines; however, this does not mean to keyword stuff. Remember, you want high-quality relevant content for both your end-users and the search engines!

Good on page optimization need good keyword analyzing skill. Well optimized keywords only can be focused easily on search engines.
