Com or Net - which is better for SEO?

Would anyone know whether the domain extension plays any role in SEO?

Com or Net is no problem to used for SEO...
It was depends how to optimize techniques, better you must do SEO techniques (on page and off page) to help increase traffic and PR website ...

On Page Optimization :
choice and modifying keyword in Url, Title, Content, Keyword tags ..

Off Page Optimization :
article submission
social bookmarking
forum submission
internet marketing
social networking
press release submission
blog walking
blog commenting

well i think .com will be better for SEO but certainly which technique you are usingit depends upon that too.

In my seo experience, it is not depends on .net or .com site. It is utterly depends on the person or concern and their efforts who is taking seo work for that site.

I don't think domain extension plays an important role in SEO. But its better to use .com since it is universal domain.

I don't think the domain suffix would have any impact on SEO.

I think SEO is not depending on domain name. Its totally depend of other factors.
