This is traffic likely from per per click forums that pay members to visit websites. the traffic will likely be from non-North American markets and they are likely not interested in your content. They are just clicking to make a tiny bit of money.

No, you shouidn't believe this as they are going to do hard SEO which is not good for the site. Of course you can get some visitors, but it won't last long. It's better to have constant SEO policy.
