Do submit your sites link in sites which were crawled the bots regularly.

Use webmaster tool and submit your site to the search engine, and rest leave it to search engine.

To get the attention of search engine, first things regularly update your site. And the search engine will automatically find your site.

Submit your site to webmaster tool using sitemap, so that the site can easily notice the changes you make on your site.

Update your site regular and submit your sitemap to search engines. I think if bots will detect new contents with each visits then bots will consider to visits more frequently.
