For getting good PR for the site is not easy one for that off page optimization is more important factor and forum and blog postings for good high PR sites I mean getting back links for good PR sites and article submission and social book marks will help you to get PR in google....

This includes: reciprocal linking with other sites, posting on blogs and forums, article marketing, and press releases. so keep on submitting your website on various SEO tasks as i suggested.
