These where the keyword density come.. remember that keyword density should not be more than 2-4% Devided by the total number of content. over repeating a certain keywords will come up to Keyword stuffing. here's an example:
Main Keyword is "CAR"

Car news............content......... car updates..............content..........car
movies ......... content..........car games.....

every words of "car" that passes by google bot will count as one. so when the google sense that the number of KWS you have in your content is exceeded to 4% this will result spammy and Kw stuffing to your site.

When one or more keyword are overly used or repeated within meta tags or web page content.It will considered ad keyword stuffing.

It can help your content SEO but you must know how much.

I agree with you, repeating keywords is not that good as it does look like keyword stuffing.

It results in keyword stuffing. Check the keyword density. It should be around 5% to 10%.
