Hi there,

Can anybody tell me what is link wheel strategy.

Is this beneficial for SEO, Have you used this strategy.

Please help me, to explain it.

Link wheel strategy is where you’ll be creating web 2.0 websites like wordpress, blogspot, squidoo, and other web 2.0 websites that will link to your money site. In the old days, they just link their web 2.0 websites to their money site which is not a good idea. But now, it has been improved. How? By linking your web 2.0 websites to each of your web 2.0 websites and also to your money site. Why do it that way? Because it will not only increase the popularity of your money site but it will also increase the popularity of your web 2.0 websites which will give MORE power to your money site. That is why it is called the Link Wheel Strategy.

The Link Wheel actually has its roots in the Apprentice program from Howie Schwartz who is a well known web 2.0 guru who also "Walks the walk".

The Link Wheel is a simplified version of Howie's technique - I can't say it's exact details for obvious reasons. So, the technique has been proven to work by Howie and his many students along with many other webmasters out on the web.

The Link Wheel is also personally working for me and is a regular part of my promotion strategy.

First time to hear that link wheel, and I search that on the net and this is what I found:

The web link wheel app lets you visit a different web link every time you touch the reader with the same tag. After the last link, the first one is used again, etc.
So the first time you touch the reader your web mail inbox might show, next your facebook page, next your intranet homepage... and so on.
The number of different links you put in there is unlimited.

they just simply use the power of web 2.0 to create those links in an article, a big help for link building it can give you lots of traffic and a good position in an search engine.

I have not tried link wheel, but it looks good for SEO. Maybe I should do that it looks very helpful.

The Link Wheel is by no means a black hat concept as there is no deception involved with the search engines or natural visitors.

The Link Wheel is basically more like what is known as "Synergy". You are basically leveraging the authority of web 2.0 sites and linking them in a way that creates a larger effect than they would perform individually.

This is not "gaming" the SE's.
