SEO is a free type of getting your site listed naturally on the search results of search engines. As many people want to get listed on GOogle for certain keywords, they do SEO to better get their websites seen on certain keywords.

For benefit, I don't think this is a problem.
The problem is how to perform correct and effective SEO on your sites.
