How to improve page load time

I am working on SEO for www.cdndesignstudio.com The site have object overhead. Please tell me how can I improve its load time. The page have external CSS and JS file.

try to store all your image files to a different directory in your web hosting server. It will help your blog to load faster.

Code would not be the problem. Just try to optimize your images instead.
If it is DB drive, optimize sql would help.

Load time depend on the code size also, so try to code in CSS as well as try to use small images

If there are many more images... then definitely the page will take more time to download.. try to reduce the images with higher downloading time.. The download will be faster!!
