You can go with blog commenting to get Quality back link. Don't spam on blog while doing comment posting on it. Do prefer high PR blogs for submission. Also wordpress and blogger is the best one. Good luck.

The easiest way to get fast Index in Google is to Bookmark ur site,coz search engine often crawls in Bookmarking sites,so ur page has a chance of geeting quickly index.

Try some link building. Not too much. Max 20/day.
Google will pick you up very soon.

As soon as new content is added to the website, webmasters should try to use social bookmarking site like Digg, Stumbleupon, to bookmark.
I have noticed Google indexes Digg pages in less than 2 hours!

Here are some of the methods that helps you get index. You can do either of the following:
- Get back links - if you want your inner pages get index, then deep linking helps.
- Ping your site
- Create a sitemap - it helps your inner pages get index.
- Search Engine Submissions - submit only once.

Right, getting as much backlinks as possible from really high PR sites would get you indexed promptly.

The secret is quite simple. Almost every site in today’s Internet world uses the social network sharing buttons. I would suggest going to a page on your web site that you think will be the most valuable to other users and submit it to a couple of those sites listed in the button.
I have personally found excellent success with both Digg and Reddit.
