Rebecca...your list was good but wonder how far auto submitting works in terms of seo. Google will definitely doesn't care about auto approval stuffs. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Correct - but there are spamming tools like SENuke X that Google doesn't catch that often unless the person scrapes thousands of URLs. So auto tools do get past Google I think most of the time...
