I am planning on upgrading my green forum from phpBb3 to a paid forum software.
The question is which one? I really like what IPB has to offer but I know vBulletin is more popular. So, which one do you think I should choose?

vbulletin is better.. very user friendly and looks professional.. (like this forum)

your forum looks good. I know you have already picked your software but Vbulletin is very good is has a good interface and features behind the scenes.
IPB is also go and in my opinion match with Vbulletin except for the pricing, plus to me IPB seems more of a younger generation software.
You just need a nice skin now.
