It all depends on your needs. If you need an interactive, dynamic web page then as long as you stay on top of the updates and patches you will be find.

According to me also static web page has more security as compare to the dynamic web page.

Static websites may offer better security but it also lacks the most important website feature required for the day, interaction. Dynamic websites offer the users the opportunity to interact. So they might be preferred to static websites.

The point is not basically the security, its the business requirement that let you decide whether you need a static or dynamic page, i mean its not possible to sell something on internet with a static html page, so in that case you must use some dynamics for deals.

The development of site in static or dynamic way is depends on the purpose of your site.
If your site contains content or functionalities which need to be updated regularly then one should used dynamic development.

Static websites are normally don't hacked but you can't guarantee this thing. Same way dynamic web site can be hacked by only using user name or password but if you keep them secure and on login page if you put span security (CAPTCHA) then there is very less chances that your web page being hacked.
Main benefits of dynamic web site is that you can manage them easily, even when there are many pages in site then also you can manage them easily. According to my view I will go with dynamic web site.
