Time = money. If you don't have the time to learn, then you need to pay someone else to do the work for you or find a student or intern that wants to learn while programming your site.

You can learn or you can hire a proffessional to do the work for you and work with you on the site.

w3schools is a good place to learn if you want to learn how to do it yourself.
