Default IE says there is an invalid character, but I cannot find it ...

I get the following message as I test my website in IE.

    Line: 202
    Char: 1
    Error: Invalid character
    Code: 0
    URL: http://www.cre8iveonline.com/tmzgroup2/

But the line 202 is the following:
    Code:
                    <li onclick="#">Events</li>
There is nothing in here really. Why is IE giving me this error?

well exactly.. "there is nothing in here really... try replacing the "#" with an actual source.. and then see if the problem goes away... if it did go away then please come back and say you problem is gone.. coz it might help others if not.. I will take another look at it..
Where from, Why here, Where to..?
May god bless, who he wishes to bless!!
