not necessarily.. if you are using any kind of scripts... you should.. test it on all major browsers.. IE FireFox Opera Safari if it is not working on any of the one.. I would find an alternative script..
Its all a matter of which browser supports which function.. if you made a funky script on your own.. some browser may not recognize one little command in the whole script and end up in not functioning at all...

not actually.. if you are using any form of applications... you should.. evaluate it on all considerable viewers.. if it is not managing on any of the one.. I would find out an alternative system.Its all a problem of which strategy can manage which work.. if you designed a stylish system on your own.. some strategy may not recognize one little management in the whole system and end up in not doing at all
