    I prefer PHP,as it is really easy to understand,Its coding style is really easy.It is a very demanding language and it has a great future also.

    Both are good platform but if you looking for reasonable and recommended platform than PHP is good one for you because it's world wide popular programming language and also cost effective. It's easy to use and implement. So I suggest PHP for you as your good platform.

    According to me PHP is a best option for you.With the help of PHP language you can create a website easily.But if you wants secure website then .net is the best.

    I mostly prefer to use .NET Technology. It is helpful to get access all the client and server side management. These how we can develop fast and easy to access all the cookies variable.
