I want to generate a chart using perl.

I downloaded a .pm file and tried executing and got the following error

    The error is Can't locate loadable object for module uncharted_perl in @INC (@INC contains: /volume/perl/lib/5.8.8/i686-linux /volume/perl/lib/5.8.8 /volume/perl/lib/site_perl/5.8.8/i686-linux /volume/perl/lib/site_perl/5.8.8 /volume/perl/lib/site_perl/5.8.6/i686-linux /volume/perl/lib/site_perl/5.8.6 /volume/perl/lib/site_perl/5.8.0 /volume/perl/lib/site_perl .) at /volume/perl/lib/5.8.8/i686-linux/DynaLoader.pm line 0

Read the installation guide that comes with Uncharted, i.e. uncharted-perl-1.3.0/doc/ installation.html

Copy the files to /volume/perl/lib/ site_perl/5.8.8

If that doesn't work ask again, you might have to copy the .so file to a different location. (It's a shame that humbug software violates the standard Perl installation practices)
