Which is the best language if i want to go abroad and its useful even in abroad too?

If you are asking about the programming language then asp.net is good i think.

If you are asking about the programming language so i prefer only on Java.
if you are asking about speaking language so i prefer French and English.

Asp.net is very up in the industry nowadays, so my suggestion would be the same for you.
