PHP is good one or .net is good one?

Both have there importance but i prefer .net

It largely depends on what web developers are accustomed to. Personally, I prefer working with .NET.

Hi rick both has different use.So its very difficult to compare the importance of .net and php.
In PHP only two or three persons can easily develop the full project while in .net large numbers of developer are required to develop the projects.

I think both are equivalent and both are good for bright future so you can choose any PHP or .NET

It depends upon your interest in which platform you want to go.
