PHP for Dummies is actually a very good book,PHP/MySQL For Dummies is well worth the $20 you’ll pay for it at any big bookstore. I used it too, but after a little while you can easily do without, so I would try to borrow it somewhere, maybe by a library, instead of buying it.
I love some recommendations on what books are most useful for learning PHP.I know XHTML, CSS, JavaScript.I know some PHP as well. Also, can someone also recommend some books on Advanced PHP, that actually shows how to create fully functional and fairly complex application.
