Temporary hold

Hello friend
can you help about this matter?

I am running a web design company and fund transfer thru Paypal. Recent a fund temporary hold by paypal for verification of account of a buyer who take service from me. We mail to paypal , but they can not reply me properly. We can not understand more than 10 days what types of verification do the paypal. If a buyer account problem , why money temporarily hold. I think it will be the policy of Paypal to earn interest holding the money in some tract ice. If any one can give suggestion whats will do for that, and also if you know in what way i can transfer money from any pary of the world in my Indian Account, then it will be also help for us.

But friend my account and buyer account already verified. We both verified account holder of Paypal. But now paypal behave with us terrified instead of verified . This is the problem.

When i contact with paypal help center they suggest me "We realize there are legitimate reasons why some people may not have a confirmed address or simply prefer to have merchandise delivered elsewhere. However, these transactions carry a slightly higher risk of fraudulent activity. As a result, we give you the opportunity to either accept payments that do not provide a confirmed address or otherwise do not qualify for Seller Protection or reject the payment and refund it through the refund link with all PayPal fees waived."

So my question when they allowed me verified what address and information check for me. and after given certificate they temporary hold my money and says above this word.

Maybe the account holder did not verify his account or he must have crossed the available limit of sending the money. Write to the buyer and find out what's the problem and why is it taking so much time.
