yeehaaa... Indians and Americans.. I think it has a lot to do with the increased business and trades.. signing contracts and all those stuff which is going on with these countries.. I think US like to support India because they are a bit worried of china growing into a super power which is a communist country... they also can't blindly support India.. because.. India is a main component of NAM (Non Alligned Movement) which means.. the NAM countries stands with who is "right" no matter of who is "friend" ... ahhh politics.. let's not get into that..

i received an email reply today from paypal that i mentioned above and they say that currently Indian banks can be used only to withdraw and not to verify accounts.
