you need no credit card to buy the book from the ebay if you have the paypal already filled with the "hard cash" and you need no credit card if you have debit card and if you have plastic debit card ,you could try virtual debit card you could get from place like epayarea.com

Depends on where you are. In India, we can pay on delivery too.

I do agree with tirupati, you don't need to have a credit card to purchase anything on eBay. Even with a debit card you can buy anything you want.
