    ...$15.00....? ...does that mean i owe it, i've somehow earnt it, or it's ebay fees?
    Could it be that i bought something from America and somehow earnt money from the money conversion? im so confused. i just want to get the $15 in my bank account.

    its the balance from your account. you can transfer it by using the withdraw option.

    It's moeny that you ahve in your account - perhaps someone paid you when selling something over ebay.

    Its your money and you can transfer it out of the paypal account, or spend it online.

    did you buy or sell somthing recently...try n check your balace statement....usually ebay charges you if you sell something through them but I guess $15 is too much for ebay to charge its usually much less...

    It means that @15.00 money have in your account and if you wish you can withdraw it.
