    Default Paypal+pay to surf?

Ok my question is pretty simple. I have opened a paypal account dedicated to pay-to-surf money makers. I don't expect to make much at all, but just a small amount. I don't want it to translate into "real money", but rather just to keep it in paypal and use to purchase my website needs (AKA rapidshare accounts, or transfer to other paypal accounts to buy games).

NOW-Do I need to attach a credit card or a bank account to do this, or not?

I think you need to add a bank account.
I think they need a 'back up funding source', should you spend more than is 'in' your Paypal account.

    What is 'pay-to-surf'?

unverified accounts have limited access. ie the sending limit is $100 after which you would need to add a credit card or your bank account to get it verified.

Having 'some' history in the pay-to-surf industry and related games, first of all I'd like to warn you, you are about to lose money (100% certainty) in these games, so treat them as a game and not the holy grail.
As if it was not bad enough, Paypal (and recently e-gold) are not too keen on these type of games. If they find out, they will block your account.

Don't waste your time in it. It's simply a waste.

Well, you can make some money, if you're lucky, if you choose the right program at the right time, if you get out on time, but you never know when they will stop paying.
There are ways, although not waterproof, to find the better programs but all in all it's certainly not a healthy way to make money online.
