I sold something ( a computer motherboard) which definately worked and i know what model it is) The guy who bought it moaned and said it was a different model and said it was broken. anyway he put a claim in with paypal saying item wasn't as described and they told him to send it to me and they'd refund his money. I just got an email from paypal saying if the item isn't in a satisfactory condition i can put in an appeal which i want to do as its not the item i sent. ny ideas on how i do this?
The thing is its only 13 quid but its the point of it.
I know what motherboard i had sent and described correctly because i had previously bought it from ebay and just copied the description
