PayPal Credit Card?
On PayPal when I go to add credit card I put in all the stuff and it said "Succesfully Added Credit Card" Does this mean when I buy stuff from eBay with PayPal it automatically takes the money off my credit card or I have to like put in the persons e-mail address and stuff?

As per my knowledge, yes you need to. It doesn't automatically gets paid to the sellers account. First, you need to confirm the sellers PayPal email account, so that you can pay in the correct account without any confusion.
