i just bought a prepaid debit card and before i can use it i have to have an expanded use number or it limits what i can sspend i already spent the 2 dollar cost and i need to know how to find the numberand it says to check my credit card statement (monthly transaction history) but i dont know how and ihavent bought anything with it yet
