    i was bidding for a pair of boots and didn't win. but then the seller e-mailed me and said that the price i offered has won and that she is in romania and wants me to send the money 80 bucks to her e bay also sent me an email saying that I now won should I send the money. i have the sellers name and adress in romania where she says she is at her brothers wedding ???!?!? HELP
