I am under 18 and have a paypal account. I bought a counterfeit product (on accident) and it hasn't been sent yet. the seller is highly dubious (made up addresses and claims to sell designer items that are actually manufactured by themselves) and has already received the payment for the item which is about $127 through my debit account that I placed to my paypal account. However I want to cancel that order somehow and get my money back. I can't cancel it since it's already been received. If paypal does find out that I am a minor, they will probably close my account and I will never get my money back. How can I get my money back through paypal or any other way since the dubious company will not issue a refund or a partial refund for the item returned? What can I do?

how do you have a paypal account when you need a credit card and checking account, both which you need to be 18 for. Even so, you can place claims through paypal, but you'll have to prove it's fake, and if you knew this before recieveing it why would you buy it in the first place? Things happen, you'll probably have to live with it for $127 it's not worth the hassle. You can also file a complaint on ebay
If seller received your money then you must contact with seller if cancel your order then i think you should contact with them.
thanks for sharing this
Yes in case of if the seller has not received your payment so far then you should go for canceling the order its a better option for you.
yes legally bound.

It is initially illegally, because you are a minor.
You don't withdraw your money without some solid reasons.
