about use paypal pay selling fees?

    Default about use paypal pay selling fees?

    I have trying to use paypal to pay for selling fees but I can't,everytime I click to pay selling fees It's keep saying "Unable to use this PayPal account to set up monthly payments for your selling fees. Please try another PayPal account." I don't know what I do wrong or how should I do? I had 1 paypal account and I'm sure I has already set up monthly payments(paypal send e-mail say "Your Billing Agreement with eBay International AG has been created") I really have no idea how to use paypal It's so diffical for me. Please anyone help me.Thank you!!

    I would also like to ask about Pay Pal that i have my own bidding website based on the auction website. How i can make a code inserted into my web application for the pay pal ? should i use pay pal API in the web technology.

    Paypal services are the best as compare to others, but its services are not able everywhere in the world. 2checkout is another payment gateway, try there, please.

    PayPal operates in 190 markets and manages more than 133 million accounts. PayPal currently allows users to send, receive, and hold funds in sixteen currencies: Australian dollar, Canadian dollar, Czech koruna, Danish krone, euro, Hong Kong dollar, Hungarian forint, Japanese yen, New Zealand dollar, Norwegian krone, Polish zloty, pounds sterling, Singapore dollar, Swedish krona, Swiss franc, and U.S. dollar. PayPal operates locally in thirteen countries, and payments from international buyers are automatically converted to your desired currency.

    There is a conversion fee for accepting foreign currencies from your buyers and having them converted to U.S. dollars. Because PayPal is not a currency dealer, they must purchase foreign currencies from a bank. PayPal receives a wholesale rate (twice a day) and adds an additional 2.5 percent above this rate to determine their retail foreign exchange rate.

    I think it is the better to deal with the online with the paypal to do sell. I think the pay selling fees are about 2% they take it automatically by the way.

    I have had many dealings with paypal and their customer service is always a phone call away to help with any issues. They are much cheaper that authorize.net if you are willing to deal with some of their "safe guards".
