    Default Paypal - Notification of Limited Account Access?

    I recently signed up to Paypal. I got an email today from service@ (paypal.com [email protected]), titled Notification of Limited Account Access.
    It was in my junk e-mail box, and when I tried to open it, hotmail blocked it, saying it was dangerous. I've therefore deleted it, but was just wondering if anyone knows about what appears to be some sort of scam going on with Paypal?
