CPV stands for cost per view, which means webmaster earn for each of their visitor who gets to see ads and usually such ads are shown in pop up window, so any time a visitor comes in a site it shows a ad in background and webmaster can earn money for that

In order to monetize with CPV you are either going to be building a list ... monetize it with cpm or cpc campaigns depending on your website.

I already use edomz for one of my website. It is very good CPV website. But how many traffic you need to earn 5$ day form edomz.
