SEO is totally free for making backlinks and ppc is payable for making backlinks

For SEO, you have to do a lot of works like link building to get into the top of search engines. Thus your visitor will increase.
PPC means Pay Per Click by which you can serve the ad of your website throughout the internet but you will have to pay for it. You will pay according to per click. There are huge differences between SEO and PPC. PPC will never help you in improving search engine ranking.

SEO and PPC are quite different. I agree that PPC won't help your efforts in getting a better ranking. However SEO not only does that but it can also lower your PPC costs since the page you are sending visitors to is seen by the search engines as being highly relevant. You may be able to get away with not using PPC but you will have to use SEO if you plan on getting visitors to your site without spending a small fortune.

Different creatives per search term or group (PPC) and different HTML coding for each page of your site (SEO) both need to be written to entice customers. SEO has the added complication that the title tags need to be written with the search engines in mind as well.
