CPV program of edomz

I am sorry about possible offtopic or wrong section to post it, but I would like to ask about the CPV program I have recently come across with.

the site EDOMZ.com provides CPV program when a webmaster puts a pop-under code at the site and gets paid for every visitor came to the linked sites.

The system appears to be rather reasonable and worth of trying, and people seem to have good experiences with CPV...

I wonder, are there any site requirements, for real money-making using such program?
