How many Search Engine in Internet world !!!

I really don't know any names other than the major search engines like Yahoo, Google, MS. But, I have seen people selling softwares which they say will submit your site to 1000 search engines.

I dont have perfect fig..I think it should be more than 1000..

Indeed there are thousands of search engines in the world. Anyone can make his own search engine site nowadays because there are lot of scripts available out there (you just install them on your server and you'll have your own search engine).

But there's a crude reality here.

Only the top 10 search engines get considerable amount of traffic so that we can say it is worth optimizing for them.

I think it is only implied that google is the best search engine. If you ask this question because you want to know what to optimize for, then follow my advice: Optimize only for google, yahoo and msn!

Search engine using click-stream information from a network of Internet ..

There is a list of 910 search engines at www.search-engine-index.co.uk/Web_Search/ and I should imagine there are quite a few smaller ones not picked up on the list, but I guess the main ones will be found there.
