How many search Engine in Internet world ??

Sorry to say I don't have any exact idea about it.

I don't have any idea but I think it is better to search in Google.

i know about google.com, yahoo.com, bing.com,msn,ask this time...

according to my knowledge i only know about major search engines and a few name such as

google
yahoo
bing
msn
ask
altavista

i think many that we have not ever used or heard
some are just for name and never used by anyone
even their creators use google to search for ideas

Its difficult to tell how many search engines are in the internet world. I think all are know about the google, yahoo and bing.
