No! Either 'emoetria' doesn't know or is lying as nothing like that has been launched by Facebook. It is an application by some other site but not Facebook, It's like Nimbuzz which offers various IMs chatting and this site does just Facebook' chatting.

I never try it so no information about it but now i check it.
