What is No follow

Google does not crawl the link that link is called no follow link.Google does not give the priority to that link and not help in getting the best rank but it helps in getting the traffic.

When you add "nofollow" before a URL, it would not be crawled by Google through your page. Google will not transfer any pagerank value to that page. But this page would be indexed, if it is connected through other pages in dofollow way or submitted to SE in any other way.

I have alway thought that nofolow links cant get any benefits... but now i have changed my opinion. Thanks a lot for the information.

nofollow are the links that google bots don't crawl...means they don't index that links in their library.

No follow attribute in an anchor text is a request made just for search engine crawlers not to follow the link or to pass the link juice from a web-page where the link exist.

No follow are those link which have no value in the sight Google and also It will take time to moderate every single comment.

I think no follow is value able in yahoo search engine.
