I think although it was difficult to find out Chinese Sites, post and submit your site with a site that was related to Chinese. This is the first time i heard about such SE.

yes BaiDu is a search engine of china because Google is not working in china

I know it you can view it's alexa http://www.alexa.com/siteinfo/baidu.com#trafficstats .A very strong site on the world.
