My norton antivirus crashed now my computer cant get into microsoft update either?

Try AVG from http://free.grisoft.com/ . Even though it's free and all that, it's still a good anti-virus protection...

just get rid of norton! i used to have it, it takes up too much system memory and for the amount it takes up its not worth having. its just so people with more money than brains think they are safe from the viruses that come with the dirty porn they download. get mcafee its far better or agv thats a good1 i have it on my desktop.

Right, norton might consume too much system resource and lead to system crash. Just use the free anti-virus software released by Microsoft recently.

I use avast anti virus. Its really good. Its not a memory hog.
