For now I will vote for Microsoft I'm not yet familiar with Linux. Things are still hard for me in Linux especially in some software to be installed things are not compatible.

I have used nix off and on for at least ten years but the lack of time between years kind of messed me up so sometimes I am still looking up the answers. Most that use M$ are using it for straight gaming or corp. work, most nix users are doing so for personal preference. I think just use what you need to get done. I am on a nix machine right now, but its my play toy (which includes research for random things and forum talk).

I chose none because both of the OS are good. I'm using dual boot OS because I want to experience both Windows and Linux and both of them worked perfectly.

I just wanted to ask. Is it not hard for you about the compatibility of Linux or software installer in Linux?

I had vote Linux...I experienced using it on our campus. It is good. And the good thing about Linux is being an open source.Just search for it and you can have it without costing you. Also, community is able to join the league for developing it more. Microsoft, on the other hand, is also great. But the only thing i don't want about it is having you cost too much.I know that almost people in the world use Microsoft. But what if the open source industry emerge more, don't you want to try using it?
