Live Search Club - Communications Error - Can't Earn Additional Points?

I've been playing the games on MSN's Live Search Club for a few months now without any major problems. Just recently, I can't earn additional points, although I am able to log in, check points, and play games. I get a communications error at the end of every game when the screen comes up that shows the points are being saved. This only happens on my account, not my husband's. Seems ironic, now that I have 29,000 plus points and am trying to get the camcorder offered for 30,000 points!

I have tried clearing my cache and cookies, but this has not resolved the problem. Anyone else having this issue? As you may know, real help is not available -- only "canned" useless email responses.

I really want this stupid camcorder and am desperate. Please help if you know how to fix the problem or who to contact for assistance. Thanks!
