    An article in Newsweek predicts that Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer could step down from his post sometime in 2010. While October's Windows 7 launch was successful, issues with Microsoft's other divisions and their overall market-share could conceivably lead to Ballmer's stepping-down at some point -- but other factors suggest that Ballmer will be firmly in place at the company beyond 2010.
